The 2023 Boon Street Art Festival brought fresh energy to Hamilton as seven talented artists transformed walls across the CBD and Hamilton East with striking new murals. Artists Jesse Mosen, Cinzah, Gary Venn, Kell Sunshine, Haser, Alice Alva, and Koryu each contributed their distinct style, adding colour and creativity to the urban landscape. Many of the works centred around the newly opened Made Market precinct, while other mural sites included the wall beside Hayes Common, the Hamilton City Council building, and laneways throughout Hamilton East.
