In one short week, five artists embarked on a challenge to transform the University of Waikato from a dull blank canvas to a vibrant and colourful landscape.
It took a total of five days and 442.8 litres of paint for the artists to produce six unique pieces of art, with a strong theme of community, connection and knowledge throughout. This new art has brought the University of Waikato campus to life and has further created a place to inspire people to learn and grow.
This is also just the beginning of the transformation! Boon is set to return to the University of Waikato as a part of a five-year contract, bringing more art and excitement to the already vibrant campus in the near future.
